Job TitleWeekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly payMileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hourClassification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freightSchedule & Home TimeHome weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at homeRegional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern statesFreight & EquipmentDry van, 100% no-touch freightHigh-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unloadNewer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International modelsTake-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home timeAdditional BenefitsUp to a $2,000 401(k) match availablePaid vacation and 8 paid holidays per yearFull benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plansMinimum RequirementsValid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experienceMust have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 daysSAP drivers welcome if step 6 is complete and driver has some experience with another carrier after completion
