Your responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer engagement, understanding and tracking all contractual commitments, communicating the value of the comprehensive Fiserv debit network solution, and managing SOWs and other professional services requests.What you will do:Develop and enhance client relationships with key clientsCollaborate with various teams to drive business growth and ensure anticipated contractual benefitsShare market insights with key clients and act as the escalation path for issue resolutionGenerate and analyze business review data on a regular basisMange SOWs and other professional services requestsSubmit and manage project requests to ensure completion within defined SLAsComplete quarterly business reviewsLead weekly conversations including all business and operationalWhat You Will Need To Have:Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in managing large accounts3+ years of experience developing and maintaining client relationshipsStrong financial and data analysis skillsAbility to travel up to 20%What Would Be Great To Have:Advanced degree or additional certifications in relevant fieldsExperience in the debit payments industryHow you'll work:This role is on-site Monday through Friday from our office in Alpharetta, GA.
