Responsibilities * Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Present product and service information to support purchasing decisions. * Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions. * Follow up with prospective and existing customers to support sales growth. * Support promotional and customer acquisition initiatives. * Maintain accurate customer records and activity information. * Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service and sales objectives. * Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality. * Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. * Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions is a plus but not required.
