Closing Kitchen Lead: Growth, Coaching & Quality

Responsibilities: - Set daily action plans and set ups in alignment with Quarterly Restaurant goals - Execute Daily Shift Huddle - Provide coaching and accountability for Team Leaders and Team Members - Coordinate Training with Training Director - Execute daily food safety & quality audits At Chick-fil-A Centerville Hwy we create experiences worthy of a detour.
