Multi Functional Finance Analyst Staff

Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. Works closely with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to establish and manage a cost, schedule and technical performance management baseline. Will assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Basic Qualifications Experience with Earned Value Management or Long Range Planning or anything else related Bachelor's or Master's degree Ability to prepare and present financial data to various levels of leadership Strong Microsoft office skills Desired Skills Experience with EVM / Account Systems (COBRA / SAP knowledge) Tableau or data visualization experience EVM Background and Skills including IBRs, CEACs, Financial CDRLs (IPMR Formats and CFSRs) Highly detail oriented with a proven track record to deliver quality results in a dynamic and fast paced environment Must work well in team environments and comfortable working with team members in different geographic locations Current DOD Secret Clearance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Demonstrated ability as a team player to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members. Proficiency with Excel Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, management, subcontractors and customers. Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10+ years of professional experience; or 8+ years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For other states, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
