A client of Insight Global's is seeking a Business Analyst to join a high-impact analytics organization supporting key areas of the revenue cycle. This role will support operational reporting, business intelligence, KPI development, and data storytelling across multiple revenue cycle workstreams. The ideal candidate combines strong technical reporting skills with business acumen, stakeholder management abilities, and a proactive ownership mindset.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree

2-5 years of experience in Reporting Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Strong SQL skills with experience querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.

Experience building, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards and reports.

Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions. Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and visualization platforms. Tableau is preferred.

Experience supporting Revenue Cycle, Revenue Operations, Healthcare Operations, or related business functions.

Experience developing automated reporting and self-service analytics capabilities.
