Maintenance SupervisorThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance activities in our beverage manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all production equipment, machinery, and facilities are maintained in a safe, efficient, and reliable condition to support continuous high-quality production. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who prioritizes safety, preventive maintenance, and team development.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians on all shiftsPlan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance (PM) programs on production lines, conveyors, fillers, packaging equipment, and facility systemsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment quickly to minimize downtimeEnsure compliance with all safety regulations, GMPs, and food safety standards (HACCP, SQF)Coordinate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance around production needsMaintain accurate maintenance records, parts inventory, and work ordersTrain, coach, and develop maintenance technicians on technical skills and safety proceduresDrive continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtimeMonitor and manage department budget and spending on parts/suppliesPerform root-cause analysis on recurring equipment issuesQualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferredMinimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (beverage, food, or CPG industry strongly preferred)Minimum 1 years of supervisory or lead experienceStrong knowledge of preventive maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and packaging equipmentWorking knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, and basic welding/fabrication is a plusAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsMust be available for flexible hours, including nights and weekends when neededPhysical & Work EnvironmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentMust be able to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periodsExposure to moderate noise levels and varying temperatures
