District Partners has been engaged by one of the fastest-growing wealth management firms in the country in their search for a Senior Business Coordinator. The Senior Business Coordinator will own governance, reporting, and operational execution for the firm's Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), acting as the primary point of coordination between workstream leads, the Transformation Director, and enterprise stakeholders. The role will also provide support to the firm's Women's Segment. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is energized by program governance, executive-level reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

What You'll be Owning:

• Own the governance cadence for transformation program forums (steering committees, workstream check-ins, program reviews), including agenda-setting, pre-reads, and follow-through on decisions with the Transformation Director
• Maintain program documentation, including status reports, RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions), and program trackers
• Own and deliver executive-ready status decks, dashboards, and reporting packages directly to leadership and steering committees, synthesizing workstream inputs into actionable insights
• Track action items and follow up with workstream leads to ensure timely closure
• Manage budget and resource allocation tracking across workstreams, flagging variances and recommending reallocation to the Program Manager and finance stakeholders
• Maintain the transformation office's document repository, version control, and configuration management standards
• Coordinate onboarding of new team members and external consultants, including access, tools, and orientation materials
• Support communications activities, including distribution of updates, newsletters, and change-management materials
• Assist with vendor and contract administration tasks related to external transformation resources
• Provide support to the Managing Partner for the Women's Segment
• Provide general administrative support to the Transformation Director and Program/Workstream Leads as needed
• Define and maintain governance KPIs and reporting standards for the ETO, and mentor junior PMO Coordinators/Analysts on governance and documentation practices

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field required
• 5-7+ years of experience in a PMO or program governance role, with demonstrated experience in a transformation, consulting, or change-management environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and familiarity with PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential program information
