Senior Accountant Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes. Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis. Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred. 3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate environment. Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and internal controls. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; experience with financial reporting tools a plus.
