Located near Mojave, CA, you’ll collaborate with a team of educators and specialists, providing essential speech therapy services to a diverse student population.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• California state licensure or eligibility
• Previous experience as a school-based SLP preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in IEP development and progress tracking

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students, individually and in groups
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection in line with school and state guidelines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
