Assistant General Manager – Charleston, SC

We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a growing fast-casual restaurant in Charleston, SC. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing a team, creating an excellent guest experience, and helping oversee a busy restaurant operation.

The ideal candidate will have restaurant management experience and a strong understanding of daily operations, scheduling, training, food safety, inventory, and cost control. We need someone who leads by example, communicates well, and can keep the team motivated during busy shifts.

• Restaurant management experience

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees

• Knowledge of scheduling, inventory, labor, and food costs

• A hands-on and positive leadership style

• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety

• Open availability, including some nights and weekends

Compensation and Benefits:

• $55,000–$60,000 base salary
