Norm Reeves Service Advisor Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $80,000 - $180,000 Schedule: Monday - Saturday | Sundays off with another day off mid-week. What You'll Do: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive in the Service Drive Listen to customers and understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Recommend appropriate maintenance, repairs, and additional services Write accurate and detailed repair orders based on the customer's concerns and the technician's inspection Clearly communicate recommended repairs, costs, and timelines to customers Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and provide timely updates Communicate any changes to the repair order and obtain necessary approvals Work closely with technicians and other Service Department team members to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently Review quality control reports and work to maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) score Process customer payments and other monetary transactions Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their service experience Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment What You'll Need: Previous Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills Ability to build trust and establish strong relationships with customers Positive, creative, and team-oriented attitude Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to analyze situations and make sound, win-win business decisions Honest, empathetic, and professional approach Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple repair orders at once Benefits & Employee Perks Medical, Dental, Vision, and Complimentary Life Insurance 401k Matching and FSA Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off (accrues) Supplemental Insurance (Hospital, Accident, Critical Illness) Discounts on Vehicles, Services, and Parts Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
