Cold Prep Cooks
SAGE Dining Services is seeking Cold Prep Cooks for the salad and deli stations at a private day school in the heart of Columbus, OH's Bexley area.
We take pride in preparing meals from scratch that cultivate a strong sense of community among our students, faculty, and staff. In this role, you'll play a vital part in food preparation, including cutting fresh fruits and cold meats, as well as organizing and managing kitchen tasks such as stocking, storage, and inventory.
Basic cooking skills are essential, but your enthusiasm is what matters most! We highly value hard workers with a passion for food and exceptional customer service. Whether you're experienced or just starting your culinary journey, we want to hear from you!

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 7:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- Some evenings/weekends for catering events with advance notice.
- Summers off!
Pay Type:
$16.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.
Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
