Manufacturing Floor Supervisor

Randstad, the world’s leading talent company, is hiring a Site Manager to support our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division. RIS offers a unique operations and staffing solution that caters specifically to clients with high-volume staffing needs. Randstad supports these top-tier accounts with an embedded solution, partnering on a client’s site to solve their workforce challenges. The Site Manager will work on-site at our client’s location and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. They listen to understand the quality and volume and screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill positions. Site Managers act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of the client workforce including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the employees. This role is on site at our client in Northlake, TX.

salary: $23 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee employees working in a production environment who are handling and transferring semiconductor wafers in an ISO 3 Cleanroom working environment
• Ensure employees are adhering to all safety and quality requirements including all requirements of the clean room environment, including but not limited to wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves
• Participate in virtual Orientation and lead on-site Training, for all incoming employees
• Provide coaching for employees, and disciplinary action when needed
• Must have the ability to professionally manage conflict, promote effective change, and problem solve quickly when necessary
• Assist with training and retaining a highly productive, results driven workforce by continuously inspiring and motivating the team
• Complete administrative tasks as directed by management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Be willing to work a compressed work week schedule
• Candidates must have reliable transportation
