Contract Business Attorney: Entity Formation & Governance

Business Financial Group

Business Financial Group (BFG) is seeking an experienced Business Attorney on a contract basis to support clients with formation, governance, and complex legal documentation. You will collaborate with CPA Advisors, Client Finance Managers, and Tax Planning teams to deliver coordinated financial and legal guidance. The ideal candidate has a JD, active U.S. bar, and at least five years in business law. Role involves virtual consultations and cross-functional collaboration with accountants and tax #J-18808-Ljbffr Business Financial Group
