SIGN ON BONUS: Qualified Crew Leaders/Drivers will receive a $250 sign on bonus after 90 Days. (Restrictions apply – must be in good standings)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $17.00 to $20.00 an hour in the crew leader position . Paid a training rate. Depending on experience, training can last anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months.
• Tips: average $1,000 to $1,500 + per month (approximately $6.25 to $7.50 an hour or more)
• Overtime Possible – Paid Time & Half
• Total Hourly Pay for Leads: $21.00 to $27.00 + an hour

ALL APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• Must be 21 years of age or older and pass insurance requirements.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to work at least 3 days a week.
• Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable engaging with customers in a professional manner.
• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range
• Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling objects over 5 - 50 pounds in any given day and occasionally lift and or more than 100 pounds.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customer upon arriving at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the premises.
• Loads and unloads furniture, office equipment, and misc. related items.
• Carry heavy items long distance.
• Properly pad, wrap, pack and secure household goods/office materials in appropriate cartons for safe transportation.
• Manually hoisting heavy items.
• Dis-assemble/Re-assemble furniture.
• Position items at residence/office to customer's specifications. Utilize appropriate safety equipment to move furniture and cartons.
• Clean, restock truck with necessary items.

During or after training, if you are unable to progress to the crew leader driver position, then you will be offered a mover position paid at mover rate.
