Patient Intake Coordinator

Description Patient Intake Coordinator Alliance Health System, the region's most dynamic multidisciplinary practice, is seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate Inside sales team player to join our team! The ideal candidate will be great at following up, prospecting, and qualifying leads. Qualified candidates are aggressive charismatic self-starters with proven track records of success. Summary of Responsibilities:
Alliance Health System is educating employees and patients about steps they can take to protect themselves and others through the implementation of the CDC recommendations. We are also implementing additional measures to keep our facilities clean.

- Leave a fantastic first impression with prospects
- Respond to inbound requests
- Organize and categorize leads into Salesforce
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas
- Stand out as a valuable team member, bringing energy in collaboration with all other healthcare disciplines in a team setting to help our patients GET BETTER FASTER!
- Ability to understand customer requirements at the onset of communication
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Effective communication skills; naturally articulate and able to build rapport
- Passion for developing a career in building relationships
- High energy, team player
- Experience in Salesforce preferred, not required
- Bilingual preferred
- Collaborative environment fostering continued growth in a multidisciplinary approach to medicine
