We strive to make music lessons accessible and affordable. Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Voice. We do not have a brick‑and‑mortar studio location in the Fredericksburg area, so students need teachers ASAP. Lessons can occur at the student's home, your own home or studio, or via webcam. While we get webcam requests, most students prefer in‑person lessons, so local instructors who can host students or travel to students in the Fredericksburg area are needed. You would be paid on an independent contractor basis between $20 and $30 per hour, depending on travel time, experience, education, and student retention rate. You have the freedom to set your own schedule and curriculum. Also, we handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing to help lighten your load. If you are great with kids, love teaching, keep good communication with our office, and are organized and on time, Taylor Robinson Music might be the place. Formal music training is not mandatory, but a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or prior teaching experience is required.
