National Account Manager

LHH is partnering with a national lock manufacturer in search of a National Account Manager who will work on commercial accounts across the country. The company has launched a commercial sector, and business has exploded creating the need of a second National Account Manager to continue the growth. In this job, you will be working with previous channels of revenue streams, meeting new companies and cultivating relationships to expand and grow potential clients. You will work from home but anticipate travelling around 50% of the time. This is a direct hire role with a company offering amazing benefits, offering a salary of $150K - $180K + bonus opportunities between 50% - 100% of your base. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence within national accounts
  
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts, including telecommunications, utilities, healthcare, hospitality and retail
  
• Monitor, analyze and report on account performance metrics, sales outcomes, and market trends, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic adjustments
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related skills
  
• 5+ years of proven experience managing and growing national accounts preferrable in security/safety or commercial industries
  
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans and achieve sales targets
