Role Overview: As a Senior Cyber Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud security infrastructure, with a focus on protecting critical financial data and ensuring the integrity of our SaaS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks and develop scalable security solutions for their cloud-based products and services. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage cloud security systems and infrastructure across various platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.). Lead efforts to assess and mitigate risks within our cloud environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with development teams to integrate security measures into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines. Provide expertise in cloud security best practices, assisting with vulnerability management and incident response. Conduct regular security audits, penetration testing, and threat assessments to identify potential risks. Stay up-to-date on emerging threats and security technologies, recommending improvements and solutions to keep systems secure. Support a culture of continuous improvement in security practices across the organization. What Theyre Looking For: 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and security. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong knowledge of security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2. Hands-on experience with cloud security tools (CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Azure Security Center, etc.). Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and tool integration. Strong understanding of vulnerability management, encryption technologies, and incident response. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
