Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFitness Sales Associate / Front DeskRumble Boxing East Boca is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and sales-driven Fitness Sales Associate to join our front desk team.This isn’t your typical front desk position. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, personality, and hustle to every shift. You’ll be one of the first faces people see when they walk through our doors and will play a major role in creating an incredible member experience while helping grow the studio.What You’ll DoGreet members and guests and create a welcoming, high-energy studio environment!Sell memberships, class packages, and introductory offers. Follow up with leads through phone calls, texts, and emailConvert first-time guests and trial clients into membersGive studio tours and explain our classes, memberships, and servicesCheck members into classes and assist with front desk operationsBuild relationships with members and help improve member retentionRe-engage past members and inactive leadsHelp with local promotions, events, and community outreachMaintain a clean, organized, professional front desk and studioWork closely with coaches and management to hit studio sales and membership goalsWho We’re Looking ForYou’re confident talking to people, comfortable selling, and know how to turn a conversation into an opportunity.
