We are looking for a detail-driven Loan Servicing Specialist who can keep loan accounts accurate, customers informed, and funding activity moving. This is a great opportunity for a banking or financial services professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes ownership of their work.


What You'll Do
• S upport consumer loan servicing, contract funding, and collateral administration
• Track and process dealer funding packages and required documentation
• Work with customers, dealers, and state agencies to resolve documentation issues
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, account exceptions, and balancing issues
• Handle customer and dealer questions regarding payments, titles, payoffs, and loan accounts
• Prepare payoff quotes and process paid-in-full accounts and lien releases
• Manage high-volume calls and email while providing professional, accurate service
• Cross-train across multiple banking functions and support process improvements
What We're Looking For
• H igh School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years of financial services experience preferred
• Consumer lending or loan servicing experience is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently and as part of a team
• Available for occasional overtime and Saturdays during peak periods
