Bilingual Spanish Personal Banker

Build lasting customer relationships through proactive, meaningful conversations Understand customer needs and connect them with relevant banking products, services, and solutions Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities, promoting solutions, and making appropriate referrals Support new account openings, service requests, and credit applications Perform cash handling and teller line activities and accurately process transactions Use and adopt digital tools and technologies to enhance customer experience Deliver accurate, compliant service within defined risk controls Collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers and specialists Flex between cash handling and customer banking activities Support account openings and ongoing account support Requirements 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English Must take and pass required language assessment Ability to work a schedule that will include Saturdays SAFE registration required at the time of employment; Wells Fargo will initiate the process after start date Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and comply with Wells Fargo policies Must meet standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background A credit report may be reviewed and additional ongoing screening may apply This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated, customer-facing role Experience building trust-based customer relationships Comfort initiating outreach through calls, emails, or other channels Comfort with digital tools and technology and ability to learn new systems Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners Ability to follow policies and regulations and escalat risk concerns Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on understanding customer needs and connecting them to relevant banking products and services.
