Job Description: Please note that this position is for an upcoming position. The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full‑time Amenity Services Coordinator. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the planning, integration, and customer coordination of services and amenities used by building occupants. Responsibilities: Tasks will include but are not limited to: Evaluating amenity spaces and services, collecting requirements from owner and tenants through a structured and collaborative process, and making recommendations for improving and optimizing shared conference and meeting spaces, including audio/visual and technology solution enhancements Providing audio/visual, technology and concierge support for conferences, meetings, events, and forums, integrating services from across multiple providers Coordinating and scheduling through other representatives and/or service providers the use of building amenities and shared spaces, including but limited to multiple shared conference rooms, the hearing room, and the auditorium. Overseeing continual demand and capacity analysis Developing service descriptions, procedures, and tenant guidance Developing performance measures for amenity services $60,000-$85,000 Skills & Requirements: Required Experience & Skills Four years of logistics, tenant services, concierge, a/v & technology, workplace services support. Experience coordinating multiple organizations and time‑sensitive actions. Strong documentation and customer service skills. Qualifications: Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications.
