The Opportunity
We are hiring a Criminal Defense Attorney who is ready to take ownership of their cases, sharpen their courtroom skills, and be part of a firm where their work directly impacts outcomes.
This is a strong fit for someone who:

What You’ll Do
Represent clients in criminal defense matters , including DUI, misdemeanor, and felony cases
Develop and execute case strategy from intake through resolution or trial
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and evidentiary challenges
Appear in court for hearings, negotiations, and trials
Conduct legal research and analyze case details to identify opportunities for defense
Communicate directly with clients, guiding them through complex and high-stress situations
Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case strategy and execution
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active Arizona Bar license and in good standing
2+ years of criminal defense experience
Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail and strategy
Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
