Create and maintain product roadmaps that evolve based on business priorities and user feedback. Identify new opportunities for data-driven products through research, analysis, and emerging technology trends. Lead 0-to-1 product ideation efforts, turning undefined problems into structured product concepts. Facilitate workshops and design sessions with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Conduct user interviews, surveys, and market research to validate product concepts. Develop mockups, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes for rapid testing and feedback. Design and deliver functional prototypes that demonstrate business value and reduce investment risk. Collaborate with technical teams to incorporate AI, machine learning, and generative AI capabilities into products. Lead the development of AI agents, including defining objectives, integrations, orchestration, and success criteria. Establish prototype evaluation metrics and drive the transition from pilot to production. Oversee data migration and integration efforts using tools such as Databricks, AWS Glue, DMS, or similar technologies. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field. 6-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Products, Digital Products, or related roles. Proven experience leading product discovery and 0-to-1 product development initiatives. Strong understanding of data platforms, enterprise data architecture, and data lifecycle management. Experience working with AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-enabled product solutions. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. - Master's degree in a related analytical or technical field. Experience with Databricks, AWS Glue, DMS, or similar data engineering/migration platforms. Experience with M365 solutions including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
