Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will produce diagnostic images tailored for pediatric patients, enabling accurate diagnoses and effective management of their conditions. Each day you will perform a variety of imaging examinations on children, including X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs while actively creating a comforting and positive experience for young patients and their families. Assures that the rights of the patient/family are respected and maintained. Allows for privacy and modesty in the provision of care. Identifies self by name and title to patient/family. Determines presence/type of Advanced Directive. Reports suspected cases of abuse/neglect, if identified. Understands role of, and how to access, the Bioethics Committee. Job Requirements (Required) High School Graduate General Studies, upon hire or High School GED General Studies, upon hire and Graduate of a Radiology Program, upon hire and 3-5 years of Radiologic Technology experience, upon hire Medical Radiographer: CA, upon hire and Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and Fluoroscopy Radiology Tech: CA, upon hire and Preferred Associates Other, upon hire and Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire Benefits $12,500 Sign-On Bonus offered for new hires.
