Your Role as Lead Driver/Supervisor As the heart of our operations, you will ensure smooth and efficient transportation services for our airline partners. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of drivers, optimizing schedules and routes for maximum profitability and top‑tier customer experiences. Recruit, interview, train, and mentor drivers to build a high‑performing team. Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance scheduling, and fleet condition in collaboration with the Fleet Manager. Conduct safety audits, lead station safety meetings, and promote safe work practices. Manage local permits, vehicle registrations, and airport transportation relationships; ensure all paperwork and protocols are handled promptly. What To Expect Field time: 50–75% of your shift spent in the field, depending on location. Schedule: Sundays and holidays are part of the schedule, ensuring continuous service for our airline partners. Qualifications Strong leadership and organizational skills. Commitment to safety, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company motor vehicle insurance requirements.
