Event Client Experience Manager

Role Description The Event Client Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences by coordinating client events and managing all aspects of logistics, communication, musical selections, and project timelines. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with clients to understand their needs, communicating with vendors and performers, and ensuring smooth event execution. This is a part‑time hybrid role based in Nashville, TN, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and vendors professionally and effectively Musical knowledge preferred but not required. Proficiency in Customer Experience and relationship management to deliver high-quality service Project Management experience with the ability to oversee event logistics, timelines, and execution Solid Analytical Skills to solve problems and make data-driven decisions Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects Proficiency with event planning software, CRM tools, or other relevant platforms is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event planning, hospitality, or related fields is a bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr DBE Artists
