Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for telemetry patients, including monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering medications, and responding promptly to changes in condition.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, document in the electronic medical record, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans.
- Interpret telemetry data, respond to alarms, and escalate concerns per orders and hospital protocol.
- Administer treatments, manage IV therapy and routine procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the shift.
- Communicate clearly with patients and families about diagnosis, treatment plans, and discharge instructions; provide education as appropriate.
- May float to affiliated campus locations in the region as needed; maintain compliance with assignment requirements and standard nursing practices.

Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact license required at time of submission; NH or Compact license accepted.
- NURSYS license verification with all active RN licenses; RTO (reasonable time off) must be included at submission.
- 2+ years of experience in the Telemetry/Med-Surg specialty preferred; 1–2 years minimum Med-Surg experience acceptable; critical care RN considered if fluent with med-surg ratios and acuity.
- EMR experience preferred: Cerner; not required but highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and to float to affiliated campuses as needed.
- Certifications: as required for RN practice; specific certification details provided during submission.
