- Review, research, and establish Sales Account & NASP requests using provided tools and data sources
- Conduct CLE review and cleanup to ensure unique customer records
- Test and accept new GCH application functionality, providing actionable feedback
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Collaborate with team members to quickly learn new tools and adapt to process changes
- Support system testing during evenings or weekends as needed
- Consistently meet or exceed service level agreements under tight deadlines

[Required Skills and Experience]

- 0-3 years of experience in a similar support or analyst role (entry-level welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for manual data review and analysis
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Fast learner with proven ability to master new technologies and workflows
- Effective teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to support off-hours testing when required
