Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Resident Care Manager to coordinate and supervise resident care in our long-term care setting. Under the direction of the Administrator and the Director of Nursing Services, you will establish staffing, supervise nursing staff, and ensure timely resident assessments and care plans. Responsibilities include delegation of duties, coordinating multidisciplinary plans, ensuring accurate charting and documentation, and maintaining high-quality care in a #J-18808-Ljbffr Sea Mar Community Health Centers
