Marketing Manager, Employer Activation (Remote)

Rula is a remote‑first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii. About the Role We are hiring an Employer Activation Marketing Manager to drive growth through data‑driven initiatives that generate directly attributable patient starts from employer partners. In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end execution of activation campaigns, optimizing touchpoints for conversion through rigorous A/B testing. By automating workflows with AI and MarTech tools and developing scalable playbooks, you will serve as a force multiplier for our team’s capacity. You will maintain high standards for data attribution, partnering with Analytics to report on conversion rates and incrementality. Acting as a cross‑functional bridge for the Commercial and Sales teams, you will align marketing efforts with partner requirements and use performance data to continuously optimize the activation roadmap and close funnel gaps. Required Qualifications 5+ years of related professional experience in Marketing, Growth, or Operations, with a focus on user activations Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, SFDC) Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high‑visibility projects with cross‑functional stakeholders Experience in B2B marketing or account management, preferably with enterprise clients Preferred Qualifications While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
