Job Description Great communicators deserve morethan an hourly wage. At Ken's Gutters, we're lookingfor someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with confidence, and getting rewarded for doing it well. This isn't a high-pressure salesjob, and you won't be cold calling. Homeowners contact us becausethey're interested in our services. Your job is to guide the conversation, answer questions, provide quotes using our proven process, and help customers schedule their service. We provide the script, thetraining, and the support. You bring the communication skills and the drive tosucceed. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls fromhomeowners throughout Florida. Follow up with customers who haverequested quotes. Help customers schedule theirgutter cleaning service. Answer questions professionallyand confidently. Set clear expectations and politely say "no" when requests fall outside our services. Coordinate appointments with ouroperations team. Complete light administrativetasks and maintain accurate customer records. Who We're Looking For You’ll be a great fit if you: Enjoy talking to people. Communicate clearly andconfidently. Are friendly without being a pushover. Can follow a proven process.
