Phlebotomist Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing venipuncture on patients of all ages and backgrounds, demonstrate strong technical proficiency with multiple needle gaugesparticularly 21 gaugeand deliver exceptional customer service. This role is based in a fast-paced, high-volume Patient Service Center (PSC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and blood collection using 21, 22, 23, and 25 gauge needles.
• Accurately collect, label, and process specimens in accordance with established protocols.
• Provide a positive and professional patient experience through excellent customer service.
• Maintain efficiency and attention to detail in a high-volume clinical environment.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance standards.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edison, NJ.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
