Job Title: Charge Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM - 7 AM) Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience, Charge experience required License: Active Registered Nurse license Certifications: - American Heart Association BLS - American Heart Association ACLS - American Heart Association PALS - TNCC Must-Have: - Candidates must have 2+ years of ER experience. - Candidates must have charge experience. - Candidates must have experience working in a critical access hospital. - Candidates must be willing to float to Med/Surg Stepdown. - Candidates must be willing to manage Stepdown and Med/Surg patients. - Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility. Description: This position requires a Charge Registered Nurse specializing in the Emergency Room. The nurse will work the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. This role is 60% Emergency Department and 40% critical access charge. The nurse will assist with Stepdown and Med/Surg patients as needed. Candidates must have charge experience and be willing to take responsibilities in a critical access environment. Experience in a critical access hospital is highly preferred. Previous travel nursing experience is highly preferred.
