1st Legal Processor We specialize in the representation of financial institutions, investors, title insurers, housing authorities and select businesses in all matters related to servicing, mortgage banking, consumer finance, title insurance, real estate finance, and the enforcement of mortgage loans. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN: Escrow/ servicing and /or direct foreclosure. Responsibilities are: Focuses on resolving questions; maintains confidentiality; listens without interrupting; keeps emotions under control. Speaks clearly in both positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions. Types clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; able to read and interpret written information. Balances team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; puts success of team above own interests; able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
