Shift Manager

Shift Manager McDonald’s – Independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer. The restaurant is not operated by McDonald’s USA; employment matters are handled solely by the franchisee. Responsibilities Lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. Provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for shift transition. Help departments meet targets during shifts. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, not required, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality. Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment. 18 years or older to be manager in a corporate‑owned restaurant.
