As part of our modernization journey, we are seeking a Technical Product Manager – Enterprise & Cross-Functional Initiatives to lead strategic programs that span Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Infrastructure, Operations, Compliance, and Innovation. This role is part of our Product, Research, Innovation, Strategy & Modernization (PRISM) organization and reports to the SVP, PRISM . The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical product management expertise, enterprise architecture awareness, program leadership, technical documentation capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments. Why This Role Matters As a Technical Product Manager , you will serve as a strategic connector across the organization, aligning business priorities, technology investments, operational objectives, and innovation initiatives. Unlike traditional product management positions focused on a single application or delivery team, this role operates horizontally across multiple business and technology functions. You will help translate enterprise strategy into executable initiatives, establish governance and documentation standards, manage cross-functional dependencies, and create the visibility necessary for successful transformation. You will help establish scalable practices that strengthen organizational alignment, accelerate modernization, support responsible AI adoption, and improve how eLEND plans, documents, and executes strategic technology initiatives.
