Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Charter One is expanding its talent acquisition function and hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support coordination of the recruitment process in Mesa, AZ on site. This role helps keep hiring moving by scheduling interviews, managing candidate information in an ATS, communicating with applicants, and assisting with job postings and job description updates across the organization. What you will do Coordinate interview and candidate calendars for hiring managers across multiple time zones. May conduct initial interviews for a range of roles. Maintain accurate candidate records, track status changes, and support compliance in recruiting systems such as Nimble , Indeed , and LinkedIn Recruiter . Serve as a primary point of contact by providing updates and acting as a liaison with the organization’s jobs email. Post roles on job boards and assist with identifying potential candidates. Craft and update job descriptions for companies and industries managed by the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Ability to pass applicable background check . Prior administrative or coordination experience , especially in HR or recruitment. Tools you will use Nimble , Indeed , and LinkedIn Recruiter Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) HRIS systems LinkedIn How you work Strong verbal and written communication skills for candidates and hiring teams. Excellent organizational ability to manage schedules, communications, and documents. Commitment to accuracy in data entry, paperwork, and process coordination. Comfort working with ATS , HRIS , and scheduling tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with HR team members, recruiters, and hiring managers. Skill in handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Helpful experience Experience managing multiple recruitment projects or administrative tasks with prioritization and deadline management. Experience sourcing and finding passive candidates through LinkedIn or other social media platforms. Proficiency with commonly used ATS software.
