They have $1.8B in AUM across their investments that include Multifamily Apartments and Industrial Properties.The PositionThe Multifamily Development Manager will focus on the execution of the firm's multifamily development strategy, managing all facets of new development projects to achieve the financial and growth targets for the company. Role ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of multifamily development projects from site selection through construction and stabilization.Conduct financial analysis and entitlement risk underwriting to support site selection and capital allocation decisions.Manage the entitlement and pre-development process, including pursuit budgets, schedules, and regulatory approvals.Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to design site plans, unit mixes, layouts, and amenities that maximize project value.Negotiate key development agreements, including entitlements, consulting contracts, property management agreements, and construction contracts.Oversee third-party general contractors and coordinate with internal construction teams throughout the construction process.Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control to ensure developments meet company standards and financial targets.Provide project updates and presentations to leadership and the Investment Committee, while coordinating communication with consultants, lenders, and equity partners.
