Floater Shelter Advocate

Mary's Place Seattle

Mary’s Place Seattle seeks a compassionate Floater Shelter Advocate to support families experiencing homelessness across multiple shelter sites. Reporting to Community & Social Services, you will provide trauma-informed advocacy, safety monitoring, conflict de-escalation, and basic case support. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, coordinating daily activities, assisting with life skills workshops, maintaining clean, safe shared spaces, documenting interactions, and connecting families with internal and community resources.
