What You'll Be Doing:
- Work with various business leaders on development of standardized financial analysis and reporting, with focus in Marketing & Sales functions
- Pull and shape data yourself using SQL and Power BI / Fabric semantic models, and use AI tools to accelerate analysis
- Own pieces of the monthly close and reporting process for your business areas, explaining variances and trends not just producing the numbers
- Perform financial analysis of new projects and growth opportunities.
- Assistance with the completion of annual budget
- Identify and lead process improvements that make reporting faster and more reliable
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 12 years of financial analysis experience (internships count)
- Advanced Excel skills you're comfortable with lookups, pivot tables, and building a model from scratch
- Strong communication skills you can explain what the numbers mean to someone who doesn't live in a spreadsheet
- Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward improving how things get done
- Working knowledge of SQL, or a demonstrated ability to learn it quickly
