Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced supervisor to help lead our team to success.Essential Duties:Lead and support a production team by assigning work, setting priorities, and ensuring daily production goals are met.Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable through training, performance feedback, and recognition.Monitor quality, safety, inventory, and equipment to maintain an efficient and compliant operation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and continuously improve processes.Review production documentation, employee timecards, and department records for accuracy.Foster a positive team environment built on accountability, communication, and Midland's core values.Demonstrate and uphold Midland's core values of Service, Quality, and Integrity in all aspects of leadership and decision making.Competencies Required:Professional, positive, and respectful leadership style with the ability to build strong working relationships.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional attention to detail with strong organizational, follow-up, and accountability skills.Excellent time management skillsStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.Proficient in basic mathematical calculations and data interpretation.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while leading and motivating a team.Commitment to maintaining a safe, productive, and quality-driven work environment.Equipment/Software Used:Microsoft Office SuiteTime and Attendance SoftwareGeneral Office EquipmentEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or GED required. 5+ years of manufacturing experience and 3+ years of direct people leading experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.
