Senior Analytics SpecialistAbout the RoleLead complex analytics initiatives that drive strategic insights and organizational performance improvements. This role combines advanced technical expertise with mentorship responsibilities, working autonomously on high-impact projects while collaborating with developers and account teams to deliver exceptional client value across JLL's commercial real estate portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project discovery sessions with advanced ROI assessments and stakeholder prioritization for complex analytics initiativesDevelop sophisticated solution designs and technical specifications translating multi-faceted business requirements into data solutionsDesign and execute launch strategies including training, change management, and comprehensive UAT oversightGenerate proactive insights through scenario modeling and advanced analytics to support strategic decision-makingApply expert knowledge of AzaraAI and analytics platforms to deliver innovative solutions for complex business challengesOverlay client insights, market data, and research to enrich analytics and enable JLL solution cross-sellingMentor Analytics Specialists and contribute to team capability developmentPartner with offshore technical delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementationRequired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related quantitative field4-6 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data strategy, or analytics rolesAdvanced proficiency in SQL and data warehousing technologies (Azure Databricks preferred)Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and scenario modelingExpert knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)Proficiency in Python/PySpark for data analysis and transformationExperience with cloud-based analytics solutions (Azure ecosystem preferred)Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to translate technical concepts for business audiencesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated track record of driving client value through analytics insightsPreferred Skills and ExperienceMaster's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fieldExperience with Azara platform or similar commercial real estate analytics solutionsHands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for data solutions and version control with GitBackground in data migration projects and platform modernization initiativesKnowledge of agile project management principles, DevOps practices, and UAT methodologiesExperience in change management and solution adoption strategiesUnderstanding of commercial real estate sector data, metrics, and analytics applicationsExperience working in complex, multinational client environmentsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
