Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday | 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16–$25/hour based on experience
Pay Type: Hourly

Arizona Tire Outlet is seeking a Tire Technician in Mesa, AZ, offering $16–$25/hour based on experience. This role supports a busy independent tire shop serving all makes and models, with new and used tire sales and approximately 160 vehicles serviced each week. The position offers steady work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, mount, balance, and repair tires
• Inspect tires and identify wear or safety concerns
• Assist with general tire service work
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
• Help keep the shop clean, organized, and moving
• Provide quality work and support a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Tire technician experience preferred
• Automotive shop experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, motivated, and ready to work
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-first attitude
• Ability to work the scheduled Saturday shift
