Entry-Level Claims Support Specialist (Onsite)

Looking to start your career in insurance with a stable, growth-focused company? This is a strong entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience while helping customers through the claims process.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls and assist policyholders, agents, and claimants
• Support new claims setup and update claim documentation
• Handle basic administrative tasks including data entry and file processing
• Provide helpful, professional service and route inquiries as needed
• Assist teams with follow-ups and claim-related support activities

Role Logistics

• Worksite: Onsite – Mechanicsburg, PA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (no weekends)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mechanicsburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
