Join 4WP & ORW and turn your passion into a career!Hourly + Unlimited Commission Potential!Job Summary:As an Aftermarket Parts Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role on our dynamic team, serving as a subject matter expert focused on sales and customer service of aftermarket automotive components.Responsibilities:Initiates excellent service by greeting, engaging, and connecting with all customersDrives sales by utilizing suggestive selling techniques and product knowledge to promote and sell additional parts and servicesInform customers with questions and inquiries while communicating monthly sales and promotionsSkillfully fosters customer relationships to cultivate loyalty and build customer retention through in-person interactions and social mediaContributes to inventory control and shrinkage percentages by thoroughly organizing, monitoring, and displaying parts and productsDemonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and development of professional skill setUnderstands and adheres to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rulesMaintains store cleanliness and appearance to uphold a safe and secure work environmentWork with your team to provide excellent customer serviceQualifications:Demonstrate proficiency in lift kit, wheel and tire application knowledge, and general aftermarket Jeep and Truck accessoriesContinually meet or exceed monthly targets in labor, merchandise, and warranty sales percentagesDiscover the essential steps of the sales journey including effective selling techniques and proven industry methodsProficiency with operating computer software, parts database, and point of sales systemsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., and team lift up to 100 lbs.Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with both internal and external partiesAbility to read and comprehend written instructions and work ordersMust be able to work scheduled store hours at specific locationWork Environment:Customer-facing position in retail store (answering phones, using computers, point of sale, escorting customers around showroom floor)Occasionally interact with employees in the service department with concrete floors, industrial structure, vehicle lifts, workbenches/workstations, stationary and moving vehicles and other automotive workshop facility equipmentMay be exposed to loud noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, and other service and repair conditionsWorking in various physical positions including standing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, carrying, and liftingThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
