Business Development Representative

Position Overview: Are you competitive, energetic, and excited about building relationships? image.works is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or an early-career professional who wants to build a successful career in sales and marketing. As a BDR, you'll identify new business opportunities, prospect into target accounts, schedule meetings, uncover client needs, and develop opportunities that grow into long‑term customer relationships. You'll receive coaching, mentorship, and hands‑on sales training while working alongside experienced sales and marketing professionals. If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and winning new business, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do: Prospect new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals Build relationships with marketing leaders and decision‑makers nationwide Qualify prospects and uncover marketing challenges and business objectives Schedule discovery meetings and sales presentations Develop proposals alongside our creative, print, and digital marketing teams Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and opportunity records within our CRM Consistently achieve activity, pipeline, and revenue goals Stay informed on marketing trends and our suite of products and services Represent image.works with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree preferred 0–3 years of professional sales or business development experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic with a competitive, goal‑oriented mindset Coachable, curious, and eager to learn Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with new prospects Highly organized with strong time‑management skills Positive attitude and resilience when facing rejection Experience with CRM software is helpful but not required Interest in marketing, advertising, or creative services is a plus What Success Looks Like Successful BDRs will: Build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities Consistently exceed prospecting activity goals Develop trusted relationships with prospective clients Learn our products and services quickly Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performance sales culture Grow into larger sales responsibilities over time Why Join image.works?
