Location Location: Los Angeles, CA (On‑site) Employment Type Employment Type: Full‑Time Salary Range Salary Range: USD 90,000 — 130,000 / year About The Role MrScraper is looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive execution, alignment, and operational excellence across the company. This role sits at the center of strategy, operations, and execution , ensuring that priorities move forward efficiently across engineering, growth, sales, and operations. You’ll act as a trusted partner to leadership and help scale the business as we grow. Key Responsibilities Partner directly with founders to support strategy, execution, and day‑to‑day operations Translate high‑level goals into clear plans, timelines, and actionable initiatives Drive cross‑functional alignment between engineering, growth, sales, and operations Track company priorities, OKRs, and key initiatives to ensure progress and accountability Own and execute special projects related to product launches, growth initiatives, partnerships, or internal operations Prepare leadership materials including reports, dashboards, and executive briefings Identify operational bottlenecks and help improve internal processes and workflows Facilitate leadership meetings, manage agendas, and follow up on action items Act as a communication bridge between leadership and internal teams Requirements 3–6 years of experience in Chief of Staff, Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Project Management Strong execution mindset with the ability to turn strategy into action Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities Nice To Have Experience in tech, SaaS, data, web scraping, or infrastructure companies Familiarity with engineering, product, or growth workflows Startup or scale‑up background Strong analytical skills and experience working with metrics / dashboards What will you get?
